DUST TEA RD

The dust found in tea bags is tea dust. Dust Tea RD is a by-product of the production of loose-leaf tea. Infusing leaf tea in a tea bag is not a successful method since there is not enough space for the leaves to swirl around. Instead, tea makers use tea dust. The tea dust in tea bags leaves a cup tasting earthy, fruity or even smoky. For a quick and convenient cup, tea bags are best. During the process of making tea, the leaves are crushed, pressed, and rolled. In the process, small bits fall off because the leaves are dry. Gather those bits, and you have tea dust.
